Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Territory Business Manager to serve as the primary partner for distributors within your territory, expanding market share, increasing revenue, and promoting our portfolio of industrial packaging solutions.

You will act as the quarterback of the territory, collaborating with distributor partners, inside sales, technical specialists, and business development teams to drive growth, train distributors, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of sales experience in industrial packaging, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven success developing distributor partnerships and growing territory sales.
• Strong CRM and sales tracking skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking with territory planning capabilities.
• Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor relationships within an assigned territory.
• Drive revenue and profitability across all products and distributor accounts.
• Promote the value of our full product portfolio and solution-based sales approach.
• Serve as the primary contact for Elite, Premier, and Major Account distributors.
• Conduct distributor training programs and joint customer visits.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and distributor health initiatives.
• Partner with technical and business development teams to identify customer solutions.
• Manage product trials, evaluations, and customer implementations.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in CRM.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, pricing changes, and opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues quickly with pricing and customer service teams.
• Support national account initiatives, audits, and compliance requirements.
