Sev Rend Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in the Produce industry, strong account management, and a proven ability to close business.

Responsibilities include building a pipeline, managing existing customers, and achieving regional sales targets. Travel up to 50% and participation in trade shows is required, with commission/bonus opportunities.

• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in Produce/Retail packaging or related industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow regional business.
• Strong account management and pipeline development skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and territory planning.

Responsabilidades

• Establish new business partnerships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Create a qualified pipeline and move opportunities through the sales cycle to closing.
• Penetrate existing customers with expanded product lines and value propositions.
• Provide accurate price quotations and respond to quotes in a timely manner.
• Maintain CRM/HubSpot records and forecast territory performance.
• Travel up to 50% and participate in trade shows as needed.
• Communicate market conditions and product improvements to leadership.
