Sev Rend Corporation, a family-owned US-based manufacturer of flexible retail packaging, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest. You will drive profitable B2B sales, build new partnerships, and manage key accounts across produce and packaging segments.

Travel up to 50%, quarterly and monthly commission opportunities, and a focus on pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene using HubSpot and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in Produce/Packaging.
• Strong pipeline development and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Establish new business partnerships with potential customers through cold calling, provided leads, networking and referrals.
• Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop written strategies to move the opportunities through the sales cycle to closing.
• Continually establish penetration opportunities within active business to maximize product lines with existing customers.
• Provide accurate and timely price quotations to customers and prospects.
• Daily/Monthly updating and maintaining of CRM and HubSpot systems.
• Participate in annual budgeting process by providing territory sales forecasts and budgeted expenses. Visit customers as required.
• Traveling up to 50%, including trade shows.
• Provide communication to company about market information, economic conditions, product suitability, process improvements, new trends, processes, and quality improvements.
• Utilize internet and social media platforms to drive profitable growth, gain new contacts and drive brand recognition.
• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Produce, packaging, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
• Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire to grow in sales excellence.
