Kwik Lok Corporation seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across the Southwestern United States, including California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. The role emphasizes strategic selling, new business development, and strong customer relationships.

The RSM will manage accounts, lead forecasting with Revenue Operations, and negotiate terms while traveling up to half the time to meet targets and expand market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Bilingual English & Spanish.
• Proven track record of successful B2B manufacturing sales of capital equipment.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Southwestern US to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage existing accounts, cultivate new opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Forecast sales with Revenue Operations Lead and report progress toward goals.
• Attend industry events and expand professional connections.
