Zillow Group is seeking a Regional Designated Broker - Southwest Territory Lead to supervise brokerage operations across AZ, UT, CO, NM, KS, NE, SD. The role combines regulatory authority, operational execution, and strategic relationships within MLSs and brokerages.

The Territory Lead serves as the broker of record and Zillow representative in MLSs, associations, and brokerages, coordinating with Industry Affairs and Brokerage Operations to ensure alignment, speed, and high-quality execution

Qualifications

• Active real estate broker license in at least one state within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain broker-level licenses in additional states as needed.
• Minimum 5+ years of brokerage leadership experience.
• Active or former participation in REALTOR® associations or MLS governance.
• Experience engaging with MLS boards, associations, and brokerage leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% within the assigned territory.
