Job summary

Real REMAX Group seeks a Regional Broker to lead Brokerage Operations in the state, ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards. You will supervise licensed agents, guide contract reviews, risk management, and complex transactions while elevating agent performance and client experience.

You bring deep brokerage operations experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to navigate licensing laws, MLS rules, and association requirements. Travel within the state is required.

Qualifications

• Active broker license in good standing with State Associations and NAR.
• Minimum 5 years real estate experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of licensing, MLS rules, and compliance.
• Experience managing a large population of agents.
• Familiarity with state association requirements and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support licensed agents across the state with contract reviews.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, MLS rules, and associations.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions and risk management.
• Deliver training on contracts, laws, and operational best practices.
• Maintain timely transaction reviews using company systems.
