Sunoco LP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Area Account Managers representing 500+ direct fuel locations in the South West U.S. The role requires problem solving, relationship-building with customers, finance, legal, real estate, pricing, and business development.

The territory for this position will be in the Houston Metro and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and at least 3 years of management experience, with willingness to travel 50% and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn various other systems.
• Possess exceptional customer relations skills and negotiations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Area Account Managers.
• Drive EBITDA and profit and loss for the Division.
• Exceed budget expectations for the Division.
• Oversee contract renewals and growth initiatives.
• Develop site-level strategic plans to boost EBITDA and organic sales.
• Support annual budget development.
