Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Area Account Managers serving 1500+ distributor locations and 90 Sunoco-branded distributors across the Midwest and Northeast. The role emphasizes problem-solving and driving efficiencies to fuel growth and requires strong relationship skills with customers and internal partners.

You will coach your team, develop market plans to boost EBITDA and cash flow, and participate in contract renewals, pricing, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field recommended.
• 8+ years of experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive EBITDA through network of Sunoco Branded Distributors.
• Responsible for profit and loss of entire Division.
• Exceed budget expectations for your division.
• Proactively manages the renewals of existing customer contracts.
• Manage, develop and mentor a team of Area Account Managers.
• Develop Market strategic plans focused on delivering increased EBITDA, free cash flow and organic sales growth.
• Recommend capital expenditures intended to deliver exceptional returns.
• Provide support to annual budget development.
