You will lead a top sales team, shape growth strategies, forecast and budget, and coach staff to meet targets while building strong customer partnerships and distributor relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years across sales, marketing, and product management, with industry networks and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of varied experience in sales, marketing, and product management.
• Relevant work experience and/or established networks in the Electrical Industry are desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel 35%+ and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a direct, high‑performance sales team in conjunction with manufacturing reps for the Southwest Area.
• Develop profitable growth strategies, with sales forecasting, budgeting, and staffing decisions.
• Coach and develop sales staff to achieve targets and pursue key prospects.
• Negotiate and construct terms of sale while managing customer relationships and commitments.
• Coordinate cross‑area collaboration and leverage Schneider teams to identify opportunities.
