Neuberger Berman seeks an Advisor Consultant to expand relationships with Financial Advisors across major broker-dealers in the Southwest region. You will cultivate opportunities, promote mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs and alternatives, and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.

You will develop a territory plan, coordinate meetings, and work with Client Advisory Specialists, Analysts and distribution partners. A strong track record and executive presence are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the investment management industry; 5+ years in intermediary distribution preferred.
• Experience working with wirehouses, regional and independent financial advisors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Strong executive presence, listening, preparation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree a plus; professional designations a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Southwest territory by building relationships with advisors to promote business building ideas and services.
• Manage assets across mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, and alternative investments; implement a territory business plan.
• Coordinate prospect meetings, RFPs, and sales support with internal partners to drive the pipeline.
• Maintain knowledge of Neuberger Berman products and market developments; ensure CRM activity is up to date.
• Exhibit executive presence and strong communication to influence decision-makers.
