Job summary

Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC is seeking an Advisor Consultant to drive new relationships and manage existing ones with Financial Advisors at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Raymond James. The role focuses on increasing sales of Neuberger Berman mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, and related strategies in the Pac NW territory.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in investment management, 5+ years intermediary distribution, and strong executive presence with advisors.

Qualifications

10+ years in the investment management industry
5+ years intermediary distribution experience preferred
Experience with wirehouses, regional and independent financial advisors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
Strong executive presence and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Pac NW territory with wirehouses and broker dealers
Develop and implement a business plan for the territory
Maintain expertise on capital markets and industry developments
Coordinate prospect meetings and RFP activities
Exhibit business acumen to influence decision‑makers
Maintain activity data in Neuberger Berman CRM
Collaborate with internal partners across distribution, legal, compliance and investments
Maintain knowledge of Neuberger Berman products offered through partners
