Job summary

Neuberger Berman seeks an Advisor Consultant to expand relationships with Financial Advisors across Southwest territory, promoting funds, SMAs, ETFs and alternatives. You will build a business plan, manage meetings, events, and presentations, and work with internal partners to grow assets and revenue.

The role requires a strong track record, executive presence and collaboration across distribution, legal, and investments. Hybrid work is supported; authorization to work is required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in the investment management industry with 5+ years of intermediary distribution experience.
• Experience working with wirehouses, regional and independent financial advisors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key objectives.
• Strong executive presence, listening, preparedness and presentation skills.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree a plus; designations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Southwest territory with wirehouses and broker dealers to grow assets in funds and ETFs.
• Create and execute a business plan; prospect, qualify and service clients continuously.
• Maintain expertise on capital markets and industry developments.
• Coordinate meetings, proposals and sales support activities with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM activity and collaborate with distribution, compliance and investments.
• Maintain knowledge of Neuberger Berman products offered through partner firms.
