Job summary

Neuberger seeks a Senior Associate, Institutional Client Advisor to drive growth across the South-Central U.S. and large market territory, partnering with the Managing Director to cover senior accounts and expand the client base.

The role requires deep territory knowledge, strong understanding of Neuberger’s investment capabilities, and the ability to assist allocators in solving complex investment problems. Based in Austin or Dallas, it demands travel and in-office presence when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic record preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required.
• Proven experience in institutional sales with buy-side or sell-side exposure is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team in all aspects of business development from research to closing.
• Own the full sales process and engage in all aspects of dealmaking.
• Build relationships with contacts at conferences, in-person meetings, and virtually.
• Liaise with internal investment teams and articulate platform features in writing and verbally.
• Identify new opportunities, support RFPs, run targeted campaigns, and progress pipeline to closure.
