Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a kitchen cook in Lynchburg, TN to prepare quality meals for up to 320 guests daily in a busy, seven-day operation. You will help maintain a clean kitchen, manage inventory, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of quantity cooking experience.
• TN Safe Service training or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Able to lift 50–80 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Willing to work any shift, overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cook high quality food in large quantities.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness during and after service and wash dishes.
• Maintain inventory, place orders, and receive deliveries of food products.
• Keep storage organized and labeled in storage areas.
• Open and close the kitchen daily.
