Job summary

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation seeks a Project Manager to serve as the key regional representative for the Southern Indiana Region. You will manage IEDC projects, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with partners and stakeholders your region.

Responsibilities include visiting communities, assessing needs, and guiding applications for assistance programs while maintaining CRM data and supporting leadership on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in economic development or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of core Indiana industries and government processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate expansion and business attraction projects for Southern Indiana.
• Build and maintain relationships with economic development partners.
• Visit local businesses and officials to assess needs and opportunities.
• Update CRM with project and client information.
• Lead regional partners in responding to company requests for proposals.
• Travel frequently within Southern Indiana and the state.
