Mid-America EDC is seeking an Economic Development Manager to drive recruitment, site development, and community growth in a hybrid remote role across the Hoosier Energy service area. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related area minimum.
• 5 years' progressive economic development experience in community and industrial relations, communications and/or marketing minimum

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate economic development programs across member system service areas.
• Promote development-ready sites and provide market information.
• Prepare reports and presentations on activities and outcomes.
