Job summary

PepsiCo's poppi brand seeks a Market Sales Manager in the Tampa area to lead retail sales execution across large-format, convenience, gas, and away-from-home accounts. You will visit stores daily, coach teams, and drive brand growth in market.

You will collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team, leverage data to shape strategies, and participate in local market blitzes. Travel is required; 1+ year in CPG sales, MS Office, and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience (CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, Grocery).
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies with in-store execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth within your territory; maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and upcoming initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong retailer relationships to grow the poppi brand in your territory.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to deliver maximum market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales to implement strategies that support brand development and improve performance.
• Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local/region crew drives and market blitzes to meet development goals.
