Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive dealer management, sales growth, and business development across the Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida markets.

You will champion dealer initiatives, expand key accounts, and increase equipment market share through strategic field activities. The role requires 5+ years in aggregate processing equipment sales, strong ability to read engineering drawings, and a proven track record in dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years direct experience with aggregate processing equipment and material handling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and plant flowsheets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical diploma with substantial experience considered.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across GA, AL, MS, and FL.
• Sales background in capital equipment and dealer/distributor channels.

Responsibilities

• Distributor & dealer management to drive annual budgets and training.
• Account acquisition and field sales calls with dealers and end users.
• Relationship-building with distributors and direct customers to grow market share.
• CRM and pipeline management in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
