Job summary

Minor Figures is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to own the North American on-premise and distribution strategy. You will drive new account acquisition, deepen relationships with cafes and distributors, and manage a growing territory across several states.

The role requires field presence, travel, and a strong grasp of coffee and foodservice dynamics. Residence in Nashville, Miami, Charlotte, or Atlanta is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue-generating sales into cafes and coffee shops, including through distributors.
• Deep knowledge of the Southeast US geography.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage business.
• Strong experience in developing, owning and driving market-level KPIs at various levels of an end client.
• Highly organized around project and time management.
• Adept in data management: MS Office, Slack, Google Suite, and CRM.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the Minor Figures brand in the assigned territory.
• Meet all revenue and strategic business initiatives in your territory.
• Drive and manage sales and distribution throughout the territory.
• Prospect and engage potential new partners via a relationship-led approach for MF in cafes and foodservice channels.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with local distributors and accounts to retain and grow business.
• Identify prospective customers and track opportunities within the CRM for your pipeline.
• Forecast your business with sales leadership and operations analysts for existing and new accounts.
• Onboard, train, and grow sales with new distributors with leadership support.
• Support marquee or strategic accounts as needed by regional managers.
• Educate, sample, and support distributor representatives and cafe teams.
