Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Sales Account Manager for the US Southeast region. The role requires 5-7 years’ experience in the US power utility industry and strong sales skills to drive service sales and profitable contracts.

The RSSAM will lead account plans, engage cross-functionally with Sales, Tendering, Operations and PM teams, and focus on investor-owned and public power segments. Location options include NC, TN, GA, AL, FL, MS, SC with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems / solutions.
• Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems / solutions.
• Associate’ degree with 10+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems / solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or technical discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Sales Orders targets for the region.
• Lead and execute Sales capture strategies to grow Service existing customer base.
• Develop and implement service sales account plans to ensure growth in HMAX Energy based contract business.
• Drive installed-base drive campaigns, promote suitable mix of on-site and remote service programs, to benefit customers and Hitachi Energy.
• Lead customer engagement and internal cross-functional resources to support strategic opportunities and win business.
• Identify and lead new service business opportunities and develop new market opportunities.
