Job summary

Internet Subway is seeking a Sales Development Ambassador to support growth across the Southeast, including VA to FL. This entry-level role focuses on learning and building confidence in sales through outreach, appointments, events, and in-person proximity marketing to property managers.

The role requires energetic, target-driven individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume outreach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience.
• Comfort with high-volume cold calls and engaging strangers in person.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to hit targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CRM experience; Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Appointment Setting: Make outbound calls to secure meetings for senior sales leaders with multifamily property owners, operators, and managers.
• Event Engagement: Attend industry mixers, trade shows, and regional events to represent Internet Subway and generate leads.
• Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social touches to fill the top of the sales funnel.
• Proximity Marketing: Visit properties in person to drop off materials, introduce the brand, and build awareness in the territory.
• CRM Discipline: Keep records of outreach, notes, and appointments updated in Dynamics 365.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align on event planning, pipeline goals, and follow-up.
• Event Support: Provide support for in-person events by calling and set appointments for the event on behalf of the attending sales team.
