Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Truck Sales Director to lead regional truck and trailer sales, driving market share, revenue, gross profit, and salesperson productivity across new, used, and trailer sales.

You will develop key customer relationships, lead and develop sales talent, and partner closely with Regional Parts, Service, and VP leadership to deliver integrated customer solutions and maximize the value of each sale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Proven ability to lead multi-location sales teams and drive revenue.
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck/trailer sales and fleet management.

Responsibilities

Lead regional truck and trailer sales team across multiple locations.
Own regional sales execution, pipeline, forecasting, and profitability.
Develop account plans for major fleets and coordinate with Parts and Service leadership.
Communicate installed-base information and future parts/service opportunities.
Drive pricing, OEM programs, and enterprise sales standards.
Coach salespeople on territory management, prospecting, and negotiations.
Partner with Regional VP on major deals and territorial design.
Maintain disciplined deal review and sales performance management.
Coordinate with Parts and Service to ensure post-sale delivery.
