Hunter Truck is seeking a Parts Outside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives across branches and drive regional sales growth. You will align sales initiatives with leadership, manage commissions, and monitor performance using CRM and data tools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in heavy‑duty truck parts sales, proficiency with CRM and Excel, and travel across the Southeast region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Five+ years of experience in sales or sales management within the heavy‑duty truck parts or automotive aftermarket industry.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
