Job summary

Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. in Hammond, LA is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to expand our pipe support solutions across the Southeast, from Louisiana to Georgia.

You will partner with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users to drive growth in industrial projects. Ideal candidate has sales experience in pipe hangers or industrial construction, strong communication, and a willingness to travel including overnight.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling pipe hangers or engineered pipe supports is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Willingness to travel and manage a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and pursue new business across the territory.
• Respond to inquiries and prepare timely quotations.
• Conduct business development calls and customer presentations to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with builders, contractors, and project teams for optimal product selection.
• Travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel as needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
