Job summary

Hirsch Glass Corp is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Spectrum Quartz sales team in the US Southeast. You will drive growth, coach 8–10 outside sales reps, and partner with dealers and distributors to expand market share in premium quartz surfaces.

Travel will be extensive—about 80–90% of the time—with ride-alongs, recruiting, and coaching. A Bachelor’s in Business Administration and 5+ years of sales management experience in stone industries are preferred; Salesforce experience is a

• 3+ years outside sales experience and 5+ years sales management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team and drive growth in the US Southeast.
• Coach and manage 8–10 outside sales reps serving dealers/distributors.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives and forecasts.
• Travel regularly to markets; conduct ride-alongs and coaching.
• Create and achieve sales goals for team and individuals.
• Analyze market data and define sales strategies for products.
