Spectrum Quartz, by Hirsch Glass, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team in the US Southeast. You will drive growth in the quartz and natural stone segments, using your proven sales leadership to meet ambitious targets.

The role requires 3+ years outside sales and 5+ years in sales leadership, with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Expect heavy travel, team development, and close collaboration with senior management to improve margins.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
• 5+ years of sales or design industry experience required.
• Outside sales management experience in quartz/natural stone a plus.
• Strong CRM and data-driven sales approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an 8-10 person outside sales team in the US Southeast.
• Drive sales initiatives, forecasts, and territory growth.
• Travel 80-90% to meet dealers, distributors, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with senior management on margins and goals.
• Build and maintain top accounts, and recruit/coach sales reps.
