Job summary

Spectrum Quartz, by Hirsch Glass, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field team selling quartz surfaces across the US Southeast. You will drive growth, coach 8–10 outside reps, and partner with senior leadership on strategy.

This role requires a proven sales record in the stone industry, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 80–90% to dealers, fabricators and shows. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience and 5+ years sales management experience
• Proven track record in southeastern market(s) in quartz/natural stone industries
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
• Clean criminal and driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an 8–10 person outside sales team.
• Promote our quartz product line within the US Southeast territory.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives and forecasts.
• Travel 80-90% in assigned territory to train and coach reps.
• Manage top accounts and grow sales volume.
• Collaborate with senior management on sales goals and margins.
• Evaluate market data and determine sales strategies for new and existing lines.
