Job summary

DAB PUMPS is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across Pump/Well/Groundwater and Plumbing markets in the Eastern territory. The role focuses on managing distributors, manufacturers' reps, and internal teams to achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate has a four-year engineering degree (preferred) with 10 years of pumps or related industry sales experience, strong CRM proficiency, and excellent communication and training skills for partners and customers in Philadelphia

Qualifications

Four-year engineering degree preferred, and 10 years of pumps or related sales experience.
Proficient in CRM systems and computer applications; strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train distributors and reps.

Responsibilities

Manages manufacturers' representatives and directs regional sales activities.
Develops sales and strategic action plans for assigned accounts.
Builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers at accounts.
Creates product forecasts for the assigned region and accounts.
Provides product and application training to distributors, manufacturers' reps, and installers.
Keeps up to date with market conditions and product requirements.
Resolves technical and commercial issues with customers.
Strives to meet or exceed the annual sales forecast.
