FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region with remote work options.

You will lead the regional sales team, drive revenue, and manage Territory Managers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. You will directly oversee account growth with a focus on life sciences and medical ultrasound equipment, requiring capital equipment sales experience and the ability to travel more than 50% of the time across the Southeast.

Formación

• A. or B.S. in life sciences, business administration, related area or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7+ years professional outside sales experience, with proven track record of growing sales.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Experience in life sciences industry.
• Experience in the medical diagnostic ultrasound arena is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed regional revenue goals.
• Direct management responsibility for Territory Managers and mentor sales technique and territory management.
• Direct sales responsibility for designated customer groups within the Southeast region.
• Forecasting and revenue generation through accurate pipeline management.
• Maintain and analyze Regional KPI Dashboard and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Operations to align regional efforts.
• Participate in regional/national trade shows to support SonoSite and partners.
