You'll build relationships, expand accounts, conduct visits and presentations, and negotiate service agreements while coordinating with a high-performing team. The role offers remote flexibility, requires 3-5 years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight stays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand an established sales territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and account reviews.
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and cold calling.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions from our service portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
• Negotiate projects and long-term service agreements.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data.
