Job summary

Loenbro in Franklin, TN seeks a Regional Director of Planning and Controls to oversee project planning and controls across the Southeast. You will bridge executive leadership and field execution, ensuring adherence to Loenbro processes from kickoff to closeout.

Lead training for PMs and field staff, manage KPI and data quality, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting, cost loading, and scheduling. This is a senior regional role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project controls, planning, or construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance; MBA or PMP preferred.
• Deep understanding of Earned Value Management, cost-loading, and enterprise scheduling software.
• Strong analytical skills to spot anomalies in large datasets (LEI, forecasts).
• Operational diplomacy to balance financial objectives with operational constraints.

Responsibilities

• Enforce processes across planning, controls, and project teams to established standards.
• Lead regional training for PMs and field staff on planning systems and SOPs.
• Provide executive reporting and KPI tracking to regional leadership.
• Audit progress at milestones (10%, 30%, 60%, 90%) and support project closeouts.
• Collaborate with CFO, Quality Manager, Scheduling Manager, Procurement Manager, HR, and Sales Opportunity Owners.
