This high-level leader drives standardized planning, audits, and data quality across the region, bridging executive strategy with field execution. You will guide projects per Loenbro standards from inception through closeout, ensuring financial predictability and operational efficiency. The role is full-time and in-person in Texas, partnering with regional leadership to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Project Controls, Planning, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance (MBA or PMP preferred).
• Deep understanding of Earned Value Management, cost-loading methodologies, and enterprise scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Standardize processes and enforce accountability across the region.
• Oversee governance, audits, and lifecycle planning from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead data quality, KPI analysis, and weekly project cost/forecast reviews.
• Provide executive reporting and cross-functional collaboration with regional leaders.
