Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Regional Scheduling Manager to lead the creation and governance of scheduling standards across Industrial Services. You will oversee schedules, SOPs, training, and integration with forecasting and project performance reporting, partnering with PM, Operations, Estimating, and Finance.

The role requires extensive experience with P6 and project controls, plus strong writing and stakeholder skills. Domestic travel to job sites will be needed; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in construction with 6+ years in scheduling or project controls on industrial/heavy-construction projects.
• Advanced expertise with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of scheduling SOPs across project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain master scheduling templates, time‑phased budgets, and schedule logic standards.
• Produce and approve detailed schedules and recovery plans for high‑risk projects; ensure resource and cost loading.
