Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of broad based, cross functional experience in pharmaceutical sales and related functions.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams and implementing strategy.
• Understanding of geographic conditions and customer base in sales regions.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize a region of District Business Managers and Territory Business Managers behind the company mission and regional strategy.
• Translate strategy into region-specific goals and business plans considering geography and payer landscape.
• Develop, review, and modify the regional business plan on a proactive basis.
• Interpret data to develop communication strategies to drive regional performance.
• Identify resources and align with matrix teams to execute the regional plan.
• Develop relationships with key contacts across healthcare systems, providers, and advocacy groups.
• Set measurable objectives and track performance against regional targets.
