Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in technology solutions, IT architecture, or presales engineering.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical presales or solutions architecture teams.
Proven track record in complex, multi-million-dollar services engagements in a consultative selling environment.
Deep technical expertise across two or more domains (cloud, security, managed services, networking/IoT/edge).

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of ~10 Solutions Architects in the Southeast region and develop skills roadmaps.
Own presales technical strategy, shape deals, and deliver compelling technical proposals.
Partner with regional sales, MDE, and services leaders to qualify opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
Ensure solutions align with outcome-based, services-led selling and generate measurable business value.
Engage with senior IT stakeholders as trusted advisor; run workshops and architectural sessions.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with delivery, partners, and marketing; travel as required.
