Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in technology solutions, IT architecture, or presales engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience building and managing presales/solution architecture teams.
• Proven track record supporting complex services engagements in a consultative selling environment.
• Deep technical expertise across multiple data-center domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of ~10 Solutions Architects in the Southeast region.
• Own presales strategy and solution design for Southeast engagements.
• Partner with sales, MDE teams, and marketing to shape deals and proposals.
• Travel across the Southeast to support complex opportunities and coach teams.
