ATCS, Inc. is seeking a Southeast PMCM Lead to drive the growth and delivery of Program/Project Management, Construction Management, Project Controls, and Construction Inspection services across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

• Ability to expand revenue with state and local transportation agencies.
• Experience leading multi-state teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMCM, inspection, and project controls solutions.
• Recruit, hire, and deploy construction inspection staff.
• Oversee South Carolina operations and regional strategy.
• Develop and execute a market-entry strategy for Tennessee.
