Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management in construction materials testing/inspections.
• Active certifications: ACI Field Testing Grade I; Strength Testing Technician; Laboratory Technician; ICC Special Inspector.
• Excellent business and technical writing; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead teams with varying responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction materials testing, inspections, and technical consulting across projects.
• Manage field operations, review testing results, develop reports and proposals.
• Support growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate lab testing programs and subsurface investigations.
• Engage with clients and maintain project documentation and relations.
