Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management/program management
• Experience delivering programs and projects across multiple markets
• Advanced knowledge of project management and construction management processes
• Working knowledge of contract administration
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Expert knowledge of building products and construction standards

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects with direct reports and home-office support
• Manage client relationships and pursue recurring and new sales
• Provide project execution leadership across delivery methods
• Develop and mentor staff, ensure safety and quality compliance
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals
