Job summary

ATCS is seeking a Southeast PMCM Lead to grow and deliver PMCM, construction management, project controls, and inspection services across NC, SC, and TN. You will drive revenue, lead staffing, and position SMEs on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include leading pursuits, managing design-build and P3 oversight roles, and building a high-performing team aligned with client needs and market opportunities. Compensation includes salary and annual bonus potential.

• Ability to drive market growth and revenue in a regional context.
• Strong staffing, recruiting, and resource deployment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market growth with NC focus, converting contracts to active tasks.
• Lead construction inspection staffing and rapid bench deployment.
• Expand PMCM, project controls, and P3 services across the Southeast.
• Oversee PMCM operations in SC and coordinate with TN DOT and agencies.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, aligning staffing with opportunities.
