Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a Southeast Business Unit Leader to own performance and growth of a large Southeast portfolio, spanning mature and emerging markets across the region. You will define and execute regional strategy, lead a VP-level market leader, and oversee a team of account managers, sales managers, and delivery leaders to drive growth and client value.

Qualifications

• 1520+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital engineering organizations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios.
• Leadership across multiple markets and territories.
• Experience growing strategic accounts and winning new enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and growth of a large Southeast portfolio across Atlanta, Florida, North Carolina, and other markets.
• Lead the region's presence and market leadership through targeted business development and ecosystem engagement.
• Drive disciplined account management, engaging in key relationships and high-value pursuits.
• Partner with Sales to build and convert a strong pipeline and coordinate go-to-market motions across the region.
• Align delivery with business development to ensure delivery excellence and long-term account growth.
• Drive alliance and ecosystem engagement with cloud hyperscalers and partners to expand pipeline and revenue.
• Represent the firm in the Southeast business and technology community and raise external visibility.
