NPAworldwide is hiring a Vice President for the Southeast Market to manage and grow a technology and digital services business across Florida. This role features full P&L ownership of a $4060M portfolio and involves defining growth strategies, fostering client relationships, and leading a high-performance team.

The ideal candidate will showcase proven experience in driving growth with a solid understanding of technology-enabled services, while maintaining strong executive presence in client settings. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $290,000 to $325,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a services business with P&L ownership managing at least $30M.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a software engineering or digital services environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and business planning.

Responsabilités

• Own P&L responsibility for Florida market including revenue and margin performance.
• Define and execute growth strategy for mid-market and enterprise clients.
