Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a services business with P&L ownership managing at least $30M.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a software engineering or digital services environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L responsibility for Florida market including revenue and margin performance.
• Define and execute growth strategy for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships as trusted advisor.
