Job summary

Diocesan in the United States seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow the sales team. You will drive revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline, and set strategic targets across parishes and dioceses in the Southeast region.

You will empower representatives to exceed monthly and quarterly goals, prepare contracts, and collaborate with the sales support team. Frequent travel and strong communication are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in sales management.
• Familiarity with Catholic Church communication space is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with parishes and dioceses regionally.
• Introduce our product suite to sales reps, enabling effective presentations to Parish partners.
• Conduct sales presentations for potential clients.
• Coach and grow the sales team while meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.
• Prepare and manage contracts end-to-end.
• Coordinate with the sales support team to schedule field reps.
• Travel frequently within the region for coaching and collaboration.
