Job summary

Diocesan is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to introduce and sell our digital software to parishes and dioceses across the United States. You’ll be the face of Diocesan to new customers, listening to their needs, guiding from first conversation to signed agreement, and driving growth from the start.

Demonstrate Camino, myParish, Mass Intentions, Ministry Scheduler, and websites by phone or video, tailoring demos to each parish size and goals.

Qualifications

Prior experience in B2B sales, software or SaaS sales, or a related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with parishes and dioceses nationwide.
Introduce Diocesan’s digital solutions (Camino, myParish, Mass Intentions, Ministry Scheduler, and websites) to church leaders and staff.
Conduct product demos by phone and video, tailored to organization size, needs, and goals.
Understand prospects' challenges and recommend the right products and packages.
Manage your pipeline in our CRM from lead to close with accurate records.
Prepare proposals and quotes, and follow up with prospects.
Collaborate with marketing and sales support to ensure smooth handoffs after the sale.
Occasional travel to dioceses, conferences, and events.
