Job summary

Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Industrial Sales Representative to drive equipment sales across South Texas. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering value-based solutions in the professional laundry industry.

You will manage a defined geographic territory, build strategic relationships, and present ROI-focused solutions through the full sales cycle, supported by a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined geographic sales territory through planning, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market share and revenue growth.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Create proposals and manage projects through the full sales cycle—from contact to post-sale support.
• Maintain knowledge of the full product catalog and communicate features, benefits, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted resource to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing actionable solutions.
