Job summary

Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Co., Inc. is seeking an Outside Industrial Sales Representative to drive equipment sales across South Texas.

The role requires a track record in territory management and capital equipment sales, with focus on new business development and growing existing accounts in the professional laundry sector. Ideal candidates will deliver consultative, solution-based proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and communicate ROI with clients.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined geographic sales territory through planning and relationship-building.
• Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market share and revenue growth.

Compensation: Commission-Based — $85,000 - 150,000+

Position Summary

Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Company, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented, self-starting Outside Industrial Sales Representative to drive equipment sales across South Texas. This position requires a proven track record in territory management and capital equipment or industrial sales. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering value-based solutions to customers in the professional laundry industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined geographic sales territory through effective planning, outreach, and relationship-building
• Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing accounts
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market share and revenue growth
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to customer needs
• Create proposals and manage projects through the full sales cycle — from initial contact to order entry and post-sale support
• Maintain complete knowledge of the full product catalog and effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Serve as a trusted resource to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing actionable solutions

Required Qualifications

• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability to various customer styles
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to pipeline management
• Experience working under performance metrics, quotas, and revenue accountability
