Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Director for Field Reimbursement Management to lead a regional FRM team and drive access and fulfillment for Neuroscience therapies. This field-based role requires coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to optimize patient access.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in healthcare business, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong account management and reimbursement knowledge; travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or business.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience; biopharmaceutical market access preferred.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles.
• Valid Driver's License in the U.S. and willingness to relocate within geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a regional FRM team of up to 10 direct reports.
• Drive access and fulfillment strategies to maximize patient access to therapies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access across JJIM.
• Manage budget aligned to team objectives and travel requirements.
• Operate in a field-based role with up to 75% travel.
