Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an attorney to join our Education practice representing New Jersey public school districts in special education matters. You will counsel on education, employment, and governance, handle proceedings, and advise on policy, risk, and compliance.

The role combines litigation and advisory work with client development in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate has a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. and New Jersey bar admission.
• 5+ years representing public entities, educational institutions, or similar clients.
• Familiarity with federal and state laws governing special education, accommodations, student rights, and public-sector employment.
• Experience counseling, admin proceedings, and/or litigation matters.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client-management skills.
• Collaborative, client-focused environment.
• Interest in business development and long-term practice growth.
