Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a mid-level litigator for a respected Blue Bell, PA litigation firm. You will handle medical malpractice, professional liability, and premises liability cases, with autonomy to manage your own caseload including mediations and arbitrations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of litigation experience, PA bar admission (NJ bar a plus), and be able to regularly commute to the Blue Bell office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience; defense preferred.
• Admission to PA Bar; NJ Bar is a plus.
• Able to commute regularly to the Blue Bell, PA office.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice, professional liability, and premises liability cases.
• Attend mediations and arbitrations; negotiate settlements.
