Beacon Hill is partnering with one of South Jersey's leading law firms to add an attorney to their well-established Education practice representing NJ public school districts in special education matters.

Counsel public-sector clients on education, employment, and governance matters; handle administrative proceedings, mediations, hearings, and related litigation; advise on student, personnel, compliance, and risk-management issues; draft and review policies, agreements, and other legal

Qualifications

• J.D. and New Jersey bar admission is required.
• 5+ years of experience representing public entities, educational institutions, or similar clients.
• Familiarity with federal and state laws governing special education, accommodations, student rights, and public-sector employment.
• Experience handling counseling, administrative, and/or litigation matters.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
• Interest in business development and long-term practice growth.
